Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:
a. A 2013 Chevrolet 427 Corvette Convertible 60th Anniversary Special Edition. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $90,000.
b. A trip for two (2) to Le Mans, France to attend the 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans Race. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Paris, France (with train transfers to Le Mans, France); five (5) days and four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans Race, including trackside meals and hospitality; $800 travel allowance. ARV: $10,750.
Eligibility: Race To Win Corvette (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry. Employees of General Motors LLC, Jack Morton Worldwide, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents,
siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on March 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 20, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
