any news on HRT? will they even race in 2013?
HRT is out. Thought I'd posted that a while back but don't see it. Must have been that day SD kept going down. Oh wait, isn't that everyday?
One of their suppliers said a few days ago that HRT went into liquidation back in Nov.
Formula 1 could feature 11 teams next season after struggling Spanish-based HRT were not included on the official entry document for 2013. [bbc.co.uk]

KK should look for a test drive instead of just giving up. You never know what's going to happen to the 2 drivers.
I hope Lewis doesn't pull rank and Rosberg and try to divide/bully the team. I also want to see his development skills/ setup skills. Interesting as Norbert Haug is out at Mercedes now. What does Brawn have left in the tank.
Too bad Massa couldn't have turned it on the whole season instead of the last 1/3 of the season. Looks like with a good car he's capable of winning again + he needs to get that favor back from Fernando.
it's hard to trust Bernie, it seem clear the sport is for sale to the highest bidders. There's no sense about the sanctity of the sport (ironically, I read a very good article saying about the same thing about Hockey today). Sport seems to require a certain degree of socialism, it feels like sport as a business model is going to break down eventually as everyone gets squeezed to the margin.

Also, no European GP on the 2013 calendar:

Japan is a great country and great history but without a team or a driver, I wonder about it's ability to stick around. Bahrain could go easily, too.
