ELIGIBILITY: The Find The Roast You Love Most Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority under state law at the time of entry. Starbucks Corporation ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each (and their respective dependents, immediate family members [parents, children, siblings and spouse of each]) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited. 2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on March 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on April 30, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period").
3. TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period: (a) Internet: Visit www.starbucks.c
For both entry methods, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per day, regardless of entry method. A day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period between 12:00:00 a.m. PDT and 11:59:59 p.m. PDT. All entries must be received and/or recorded during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the random drawing. Sponsor's designated official judging organization's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Any other forms of entry are void. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Entrants must have a valid email address.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 2, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
5. PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for him/herself and three (3) guests to Seattle, Washington for a personal coffee tasting experience with a Starbucks master roaster and a guided tour to the original Starbucks retail location at Pike Place Market. Winner also receives a Starbucks tasting kit and $1,700.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near winner's home within the U.S.) for winner and his/her guests, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (two [2] rooms), and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Seattle. Travel must be taken and completed between September 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012. No alternate travel dates available. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights or tour) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel guests must be 18 years of age or older and must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license or other government issued identification) required for travel. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Once the travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $8,200.00. Grand Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $8,200.00 in lieu of the Grand Prize as stated. First Prizes (1,000): A Starbucks tasting kit consisting of a Bodum French Press, three (3) bags of Starbucks® coffee, a coffee scoop, a $15.00 Starbucks gift card and an official Starbucks Coffee Tasting Guide. Gift card is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $100.00 each. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Total ARV of all prizes is: $108,200.00.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within seven (7) business days from the date of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of telephone number, mailing address and/or email address of potential winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If documents are not returned within this time period, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. First Prizes will be shipped within 8-12 weeks of verification.
7. PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for him/herself and three (3) guests to Seattle, Washington for a personal coffee tasting experience with a Starbucks master roaster and a guided tour to the original Starbucks retail location at Pike Place Market. Winner also receives a Starbucks tasting kit and $1,700.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near winner's home within the U.S.) for winner and his/her guests, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (two [2] rooms), and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Seattle. Travel must be taken and completed between September 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012. No alternate travel dates available. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights or tour) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel guests must be 18 years of age or older and must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license or other government issued identification) required for travel. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Once the travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Seattle, ground transportation may be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $8,200.00. Grand Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $8,200.00 in lieu of the Grand Prize as stated.
First Prizes (1,000): A Starbucks tasting kit consisting of a Bodum French Press, three (3) bags of Starbucks® coffee, a coffee scoop, a $15.00 Starbucks gift card and an official Starbucks Coffee Tasting Guide. Gift card is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $100.00 each.
Total ARV of all prizes is: $108,200.00.
