Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

Taking a break from taxes. SSSSOOOOO glad she went back to bed!!! LOL Now I can start over and do it the right way!!! LOL shes always telling me to add deductions in the wrong way or add her gift certificates she gives out as income even though they are to pay for advertising!!!! I love doing taxes.................. but not with my sister!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it does happen, a lot! The kenmore contest, and the camel contest are 2 of many that have been manipulated this way. So many others. It is sad that the people that run the contests cannot or will not understand this and stop having these kinds of contests.

One can only hope, they would look into it.
One person did a lot of research on this problem, sent links to pay per vote sites to contest admins...made no difference. A lot of the "win this trip" contests have been affected by this sort of thing.

Hi, I just entered every sweeps I could find. Good thing you posted about the 5-hr. I got a sample today and must have dropped it bringing in the mail when I got home. I had a flashback of seeing it and just went outside and there it was lying there. I got more pens today also. Got purple, orange and red. So they seem to be sending me all of my wins which is nice of them.

I will be busy the next week or so. Have to shampoo the carpet upstairs again with all belongings moved out before the bed comes. Futons are not like years ago, heavy and big. Solidly made. Good thing I did not buy online as it will be very difficult to get it around the turn and up the stairs. No way to live. Life always has its way of doing something. I am ok. If this indeed happens, it will be a very lonely, hard life for me. grandson is working 10+ hrs a day again. and weekends with a 2nd job. I would have let him stay here had I known this. I will not babble any more. finished and got it all out. Back to normal. Hope we start winning a lot of stuff again. wave

Been meaning to ask - lately on a lot of facebook entries when they ask to invite friends and I click on it the page comes up empty with no friends. On others it lists all or only some. Do you or anyone know why this is happening? Seems to be happening more with the new facebook setup.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR REPLIES. The shock is over - thought he would be ok and was coming home. And now drastic changes in my life again. Just have to adjust, adjust and go forward once again.
