Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for five to attend the premiere of the film The Avengers in Los Angeles, California on April 11, 2012. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for five people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA; roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport via private SUV with meet & greet service; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations in two hotel rooms (up to quad occupancy in each room); five tickets to the Premiere (seats determined by Prize Providers); and roundtrip ground transportation to the Premiere via SUV (ARV $9,395)
Travel will take place April 10, 2012 – April 13, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If Grand Prize winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Grand Prize winner and each guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any gift card fees and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each First Prize winner. The gift card is subject to terms and conditions on the back of the card and as otherwise specified by the Prize Providers. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Premiere is postponed, rescheduled, delayed, or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Premiere the same itinerary. No compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled showing of the film. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Prize Providers reserve the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destinations, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks, On Air with Ryan Seacrest or American Top 40 within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
