ENTRY PERIOD: This Sweepstakes will consist of five hundred and twenty (520) separate Daily Sweepstakes ("Daily Sweepstakes"), one each day ("Day") during the period beginning on 3/10/12 at 12:01 AM (ET) and ending on 4/30/12 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) ("Master Period").
ELIGIBILITY: The "My After" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter each Daily Sweepstakes during a given Day by logging on towww.facebook.com/gotchocolatemilkand find the "My After" tab ("Tab") on the Got Chocolate Milk? page. You must "Like" the Got Chocolate Milk Facebook page at www.facebook.co
LIMIT: one (1) Entry per person, per email address, per Daily Sweepstakes and one-hundred (100) Additional Entries per person, per e-mail address per Day.
PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guests ("Group") to Las Vegas, Nevada ("City") to attend a USA Men's Basketball game selected by the Sponsor ("Event") on Sponsor-selected dates tentatively scheduled for May or June 2012 ("Trip"). The Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [b] tickets to the Event; [d] hotel/Event transfers in Las Vegas; [e] if winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner's residence ("airport of origin") and Las Vegas International Airport; or if winner's residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners' residence and the hotel; [f] airport/hotel transfers if applicable; ARV: $4,000.00. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, airline luggage fee charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval.
520 Daily Prizes: Ten (10) Winners per Day for 52 Days will be selected at random from all eligible Entries for each give Daily Sweepstakes to win a $50 Gift Code to the Spreadshirt.com online store (ARV: $50.00 each). Limit: one Daily (1) prize per person.
