So I signed up and was approved for the $300 deal. I however forgot to take a screenshot of the approval page. Is there a way to confirm the deal I signed up for? Do they often not offer the $300 even though it is what I signed for?
Good Thing, I wasn't lazy and applied in morning itself
Anyone know, If I request for $300 check for the points, would it be reported to IRS and liable for income tax ?
As far as i know credit card bonuses points/miles are not taxable but bonuses for checking and savings acct might be like the citi's checking acct sign up bonus

I forgot as well. I haven't received any confirmation either. Just the note that my card would be sent within 2 weeks.
U can redeem 30000 points for $500 in gc? If i just applied for explorer card ill get rejected for this u guys think?
You get $300 cashback. Or if you have the Sapphire Preferred card you can pool those UR pts together giving you 80k miles. Than you can transfer them to United at 1:1 ratio, and now you can take R/T flights to most destinations ex-USA!!
Two important details to know before answering your question: When did you last apply for a CC? For a Chase card?
If you have just applied for Freedom, and had no other Chase Cards this year, I would say 35 days since last application.
If this is your 3rd Chase card this year I would wait 65 days since your last application.
hmmm... this is a good deals but i wonder if chase is gonna come out with something similar to amex last year. spend $XXXX amount in 3 months and get 75K points.

Probably not with this NO Annual Fee card but maybe we will see that with the Sapphire Preferred Card.
It was just downgraded to 40k from 50k but I know in the past there were targeted offers for 100k and 75k. The Sapphire Preferred Card is where you will see those types of offers not the Freedom card.
