beginning at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time on March 1, 2012 and the final Monthly Sweepstakes period ending at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 31, 2012.

Each Monthly Sweepstakes entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.

1) If you already subscribe to receive emails from sperrytopsider.com you are automatically entered into each Monthly Sweepstakes for as long as your subscription is active during the Total Sweepstakes Period.
(2) Alternatively, to enter, go to www.sperrytopsider.com, and subscribe to begin receiving emails from sperrytopsider.com.
(3) TO ENTER BY MAIL: On a 3" x 5" card, hand print your first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), date of birth and signature and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Sperry Top-Sider Subscriber Sweepstakes, Sperry Top-Sider, LLC, 191 Spring Street, Lexington, MA 02421.

EACH MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTED BY RANDOM DRAWING:
One (1) Monthly Sweepstakes Winner for Each of the Six Monthly Sweepstakes: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen for each of the six Monthly Sweepstakes during the course of the Total Sweepstakes Period. The first Monthly Sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected on or about March 1, 2012 and the last Monthly Sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected on or about January 2, 2013.
