(b) for the Decorative Diva Phase prize list, see Exhibit B
(c) For the Ageless Beauty Phase prize list, , see Exhibit C, and
(d) for the Gourmet Goddess Phase prize list, , see Exhibit D.

Each Themed Phase ends with a Grand Prize $1,000 Overstock.com Gift Card.
Daily Prizes include home goods/furnishings, clothing, accessories, electronics, etc.
Timing: The Contest begins at 8 a.m. Mountain Time on April 13, 2012, and ends at 11:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 12, 2012 and consists of the following four themed phases:
(1) The themed phase, "Fashionista" begins at 8 a.m. Mountain Time on April 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on April 21, 2012 ("Fashionista Phase");
(2) The themed phase "Decorating Diva" begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on April 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on April 28, 2012 ("Decorating Diva");
(3)The themed phase "Ageless Beauty" begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on April 29, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on May 5, 2012 ("Ageless Beauty"); And
(4) The themed phase "Gourmet Goddess" begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on May 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on May 12, 2012 ("Gourmet Goddess Phase").
ELIGIBILITY: The "Wow Mom" Contest ("the Contest") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories, and possessions), who are 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of April 13, 2012 ("Entrant" or "Entrants").
