State Farm Nation: Festival Sweepstakes ~ 8/15/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/13/12 and ends at 9:59:59 AM ET on 8/5/12.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC (excluding New Hampshire), who are 18 years of age or older with Internet access and a valid e-mail address.

Follow the instructions provided to complete the Registration Form and receive one (1) entry in the applicable Entry Period (as designated below). Upon completion and submission of the Registration Form, click on the applicable festival tab (see Entry Periods below to determine the applicable festival – Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza or Bumbershoot) and follow the instructions provided to play the game in its entirety to earn up to three (3) additional entries in the applicable Entry Period. Flash 8 Plug-in must be installed on computer to play & can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com. NOTE: Upon completion of the Registration page, return visitors will only be required to click on the "Welcome back, music fans" button to receive one (1) entry, as well as the opportunity to earn up to three (3) additional Game Play entries, in the applicable Entry Period. Limit of four (4) entries per person and per e-mail address per day, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

Three (3) Grand Prizes (one per Entry Period): Each trip consists of:
- admission tickets for winner plus one (1) guest to designated festival,
- round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S. to destination and
- three (3)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room).

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $8,000 each. Actual value of prizes may vary depending on each winner's city of departure and final itinerary. All travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Each winner and his/her guest(s) must have valid photo I.D. and all other required documentation (that do not expire within 6 months of time of travel) prior to time of departure and are responsible for obtaining all such travel documents. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. If any winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trips must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if a winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays.

Six (6) First Prizes (two (2) per Entry Period): Music Festival Prize Package consisting of festival merchandise designated by Sponsor. ARV: $100 each. Exact merchandise to be awarded is at the discretion of Sponsor.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $24,600. Limit one Grand Prize per person, per e-mail and per household.
