open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 13 or older at time of entry.
begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/1/12 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/1/12.
Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day.
PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4 day/3 nights trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Essence Music Festival ("Event") in New Orleans, LA (ARV: $3,900.00). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner's primary residence and fares at time of travel. If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to/from closest commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of New Orleans); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for three (3) nights plus two (2) tickets for each day of the Event for a total of three (3) nights (six (6) tickets total). Selection of seats is at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, insurance or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner's sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:4,217.
