Sweepstakes begins on May 6, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 13, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Perfect Day Getaway Grand Prize Package. Prize package includes: $250 manicure/pedicure gift card, $250 massage gift card, $250 facial gift card, $50 laundress gift card, $200 house cleaning gift card, $500 tableware/flowers gift card, and a dinner in your home (up to a party of 10) prepared by a local or regional chef and his/her team. All components of the Perfect Day Getaway Grand Prize Package will be delivered by vendors or service providers selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In lieu of the Perfect Day Getaway Grand Prize Package, winner may choose the cash equivalent of the Perfect Day Grand Prize package equaling $11,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $11,000. The actual value of the components of the Perfect Day Getaway Prize Package is subject to price fluctuations based on the location of winner, availability of chef and proximity to winner's location, and other variables impacting the actual value of the prize components.
FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES: $200 Verizon gift card. ARV: $200.
Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $21,000.
