Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

Just got a phone call from Promotion Mechanics informing me that I'm the Grand Prize winner of the HomeFurnishings.com "Inspired Living Begins Here" Sweepstakes.

Just got a phone call from Promotion Mechanics informing me that I'm the Grand Prize winner of the HomeFurnishings.com "Inspired Living Begins Here" Sweepstakes.

Now for some of the logistics which are always complicated by living in such a remote place. I have a dentist appointment in town tomorrow and will take my papers in to be notarized and faxed in. I'm hoping they will work with me on the flight schedule, so I can spend a little time with both my sisters and brother. My dad and his wife will be off visiting her family.
I'm so excited...hubby and I haven't taken a vacation together in a long time...

ANNIVERSA-REUNION
In 1992, my new boyfriend was driving me to the airport, so I could attend my 20th high school reunion. On the way, I remarked, "I wish you could go with me!" We drove right past the airport, and headed for Denver. It was the most spontaneous thing I'd ever done in my life! This summer will be our 20th anniversary. It would be awesome to celebrate, by repeating this trip together, and go to my 40th high school reunion. We'll be knocking on some doors, since we're long overdue for visits with both our families. Grant me this wish for a rambling road trip to colorful Colorado!
I'm not going to make it to my high school reunion, but it looks like the rest of my wish is going to come true!
You'll probably do more contests now that hubby is back to work, but you can't beat time spent together.
I didn't know there were women's Bacardi shirts. Nice that you poke your head in now and then.
Yes the women's Bacardi shirts have a shorter sleeve and are tapered. We got to pick a size each time we entered. I haven't worn them yet but I will this summer when we're out and about with friends. They'll be my "good" t-shirts. I took a few t-shirts to the consignment shop this spring because my husband and sons didn't want them or they were the wrong size. I just don't need to have them laying around.

Did not get an email and don't think I ever did on the Target bags.
But, good news. H20 wrote me back and gave me the customer service # and I called and they are sending me my prize - a full size Face Oasis Hydrating jar. May be hypoallergic - i hope so. My submission did not go thru but they believed me and apologized.

Have you been enjoying this weather. It's been perfect by my standards. And the hummingbirds have been back for almost two weeks.
