Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Walmart here has everything on markdown. Got 15 hollyhock bulbs for $3 and 20 strawberry plants for $2. This is the best time of year to buy what you want cheap

Yes i bought a rose of sharon little twig for $2 years ago and it is about 10' tall now. did you notice of they had any lavenders left? they are pretty much done blooming so maybe that is why they are gone. i even called qvc and they said their last shipments left in march.

I want to get the Minerva Blue Rose Of Sharon!!! I like odd and unusual or anything thats different!!! The blue just looks so pretty! Ive already decided that I wont waste my money on plants that dont bloom all summer. I plant them for the flowers not the leaves!! Bought one that was supposed to be pink but when I planted it a dark purple flower bloomed!! Never seen them that color before and it was a double petal instead of the regular petals! So pretty. The dog ate it then went and hid!! Apparently didnt know before she ate it that the same rules applies to flowers that applies to my tomatoes!!! LMAO

Never saw those colors. bought a white one and got the normal with the pink. never know.

Theyre saying were going into drought here but my dad lives in Fla and just got hit by the hurricane 2 feet of rain!!! Had some damage nearby but so far hes OK. Not sure about his store though. Not sure he can handle being wiped out twice in one year! Thieves broke in and stole all his watches and jewelry. Insurance wouldnt pay because they came in through the wall between the stores. He's had to pay the people back for the watches that were stolen. Wont know till tomorrow if its still there. They refuse to leave their house! Wife is vacuuming up the water as it comes in and dumping it in the tub!!! They live a few blocks from the beach a few miles south of where the eye hit! Dont think he threw a party this time!!!
Kinda upsets me though. I cant get local stations on my TV but his comes in clear all through a hurricane!!!
