Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Time ("PT") on May 7, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 7, 2012, (the "Promotion Period").
Promotion consists of three (3) "Monthly Sweepstakes Periods", as further defined in Section 4, and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing at the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor's clock is the Promotion's official clock.
Promotion is offered only to: (i) legal United States residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; or (ii) legal Canadian residents of Alberta and British Columbia who are the age of majority in their respective province (18 in Alberta and 19 in British Columbia) at the time of entry. Void in the rest of the United States, Puerto Rico, and all other Canadian Provinces/Territories (including Quebec) and also in any other jurisdiction, listed or not, where prohibited or restricted by law.

Except as set forth below, an Entrant is limited to one (1) Entry per Monthly Sweepstakes Period.
An Entrant will receive one (1) additional Entry into the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period's drawing if, during registration, the Entrant opts to receive the Alaska Airlines E-mail Newsletter. This additional Entry may be used by an Entrant only once during the entire Promotion Period. Limit of up to four (4) total Entries into the Promotion.
Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the end date defined below to be eligible for that Monthly Sweepstakes Period's drawing. Entries from one Monthly Sweepstakes Period will NOT roll over into subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes Periods. All non-winning entries from all Monthly Sweepstakes Periods will roll over into the Grand Prize drawing.

On or about August 14, 2012, Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) eligible Entry (the "Potential Grand Prize Winner") from among all eligible Entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period Prize (3). Three (3) Monthly Sweepstakes Period Winners will each receive a trip, as described below, for four (4) people — the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a "Guest") — for a four (4) day/three (3) night stay at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Disneyland® Resort (the "Resort") area hotel in Anaheim, California (the "Trip"). The Trip will consist of four (4) travel authorization forms for round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guests from a gateway airport near Winner's home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) on either Alaska Airlines® or Horizon Air® or in combination, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, into one (1) of the following airports of Winner's choice: LAX or SNA (Orange County); a voucher for four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Southern California area airport and the Resort, three (3) nights stay (single room, quad occupancy) at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Resort area hotel; and up to four (4) three-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions) (one (1) park ticket per Winner and each of his/her Guests).
The Monthly Sweepstakes Prize Trip is valid starting from September 1, 2012, and travel must be completed by September 1, 2013, with blackout dates of November 16, 2012–November 26, 2012, and December 20, 2012–January 2, 2013, and will also be based on availability.
Grand Prize (1). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip, as described below, for four (4) people — the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a "Guest") — for a five (5) day/four (4) night stay at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Resort area hotel in Anaheim, California (the "Trip"). Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minor child/ward of the Winner. Each Guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. If a Guest is not the age of majority in his/her state/province of residence, then the Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or similar items once they are in Winner's possession or in the possession of his/her Guests. Some restrictions may apply.
