Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion will take place at the same time as the Initial Public Voting Phase and the Final Public Voting Phase.
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes starting on April 25, 2012 at 12:00 AM (midnight) ET through May 13, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET and from May 16, 2012 at 12:00 AM (midnight) ET and ending on June 3, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
Open only to Sweepstakes Entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law.

During the Initial Public Voting Phase and the Final Public Voting Phase, an individual who satisfies the eligibility requirements may enter the Sweepstakes by going to the Website and registering by entering his/her valid e-mail address, complete first and last name (no initials), street address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, daytime telephone number and date of birth.
After registering for the Sweepstakes, an Entrant may go to the Contest gallery on the Website and vote for as many as five (5) separate Bands per day during the Initial Public Voting Phase and as many as three (3) separate Bands during the Final Public Voting Phase. By logging on to the Website and voting for a Band during the Initial Public Voting Phase and the Final Public Voting Phase, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Prize. The Entrant must vote for at least one (1) Band but he/she will not receive additional entries for voting for more than one (1) Band. An Entrant may receive no more than one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per day.
Sweepstakes Prize (1): The one (1) Sweepstakes Winner will receive the following:
i. A 2012 Hyundai Velosterยฎ (the "Veloster") Sweepstakes Winner is solely responsible for all costs and fees associated with the Veloster, including, but not limited to, title, license, tags, vehicle registration, emission fees, auto liability/property damage insurance, federal state and local sales, luxury, use or other taxes, including, without limitation any travel or transportation costs, associated with transferring and/or winning of the Veloster. The Veloster shall be delivered to the Sweepstakes Winner during his/her trip to Summerfest as set forth below on or about July 4, 2012. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price and Approximate Retail Value for the Veloster is $17,000. Entrant understands and agrees that the depiction Sweepstakes Prize in any advertising or promotional materials or physical display may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to the Sweepstakes Winner. The Sweepstakes Winner must provide a copy of his/her license to the Sponsor before being awarded the Veloster. The Sweepstakes Winner will also be responsible for all costs, fees and expenses for transporting the Veloster from Summerfest to his/her home.
ii. Roundtrip, coach airfare for Sweepstakes Winner and his/her "Guest", from gateway airport nearest to the Sweepstakes Winner's address, as selected by Sponsor, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin Mitchell International Airport (if the Sweepstakes Winner is located within two hundred (200) miles of the Milwaukee metropolitan area, the Sponsor will arrange for or reimburse for ground transportation); ARV for the Sweepstakes Winner is $700, for the Guest is $700, total ARV is $1,400.
iii. Five (5) nights stay starting on July 3, 2012 and last night stay on July 7, 2012 with travel home on July 8, 2012, in one (1) standard hotel room. Hotel location is at the Pfister Hotel, 424 East Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. ARV for the hotel room is $229 per night, ARV for all five nights is $1,145.
iv. $200 to use for travel expenses to and from the hotel.
v. $20 per diem for food expenses for the Sweepstakes Winner and $20 per diem for food expenses for the Guest. ARV for the entire trip is $200.
vi. The total ARV for the Sweepstake Prize is $19,945.00.
