Well, maybe I still am...

But today I made my first deposit of a paper check into my online bank account using my cell phone to snap a pic of the check. Whee

I'm using ING...been waiting a while for them to roll out their mobile deposits.

I recently went through the 20 items or fewer aisle...I didn't count, and discovered I had purchased 22 items. I felt guilty. laugh out loud
btw, nobody was behind me in line.

If you buy five of the same item, lets say baked beans (looking at your exploding smilie made me think of that) and they scan it as one scan x5 would that be one item or five? Scratchhead

That would be 5 items...if they were packaged together (like 6 rolls of paper towels), then would count as one item.

Each UPC that can be scanned for purchase is an item. The cashier still has to count them even if they don't scan them. If you have five cans of beans, it is five items.

Exceptions are bundled/bound multiple items such as a flat of 20 cat food cans. The flat has its own UPC code.

So ING said it could take a couple of days for the deposit to go through, but might be faster. Got the confirmation that the deposit went through, though the funds won't be available until Friday.
