CONTEST JUDGING PERIOD & CRITERIA: From August 9, 2012 to August 21, 2012, a panel of qualified judges ("Contest Judges") will judge all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period based on the Criteria below and select one (1) Nominee and their Nominator (collectively "Potential Grand Prize Winners"). All Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria: Degree of Toughness of Tough Job (60%); Originality of Submission (40%). An additional "tie-breaking" Contest Judge will break any eventual ties, based on the criteria listed herein. The Contest Judges' decisions shall be final and binding.
TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWS WITHOUT SUBMITTING A SUBMISSION: To enter the Sweepstakes without submitting a Submission, on a 3" x 5" card provide in writing your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code), date of birth and email address and mail it to: "Viva Mike Rowe Wall of Tough Jobs – Sweepstakes Entry Request", P.O. Box 8550, Big Sandy, TX 75755-8550. To be entered into a specific Weekly Sweepstakes Draw (and, if your entry is not selected as a Potential Winner, also in subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Draws), your request must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period and received by the corresponding Weekly Sweepstakes Draw Cut-Off Date – please see table above. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/email address throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entry requests mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void.
