Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are at least 21 years of age or older

begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on May 28, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 4, 2012

participant will receive one (1) entry for the daily drawing.

LIMIT one hundred (100) total entries per person.

Daily Second Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received on a given day, in one hundred (100) random drawings conducted seven (7) at a time for thirteen (13) weeks, and nine (9) at a time for the final week. Second Drawings will be conducted on or about: June 6, 2012, June 13, 2012, June 20, 2012, June 27, 2012, July 4, 2012, July 11, 2012, July 18, 2012, July 25, 2012, August 1, 2012, August 8, 2012, August 15, 2012, August 22, 2012, August 29, 2012, and September 7, 2012 (the last week will have 2 more days included in the drawing, September 3 and 4).

PRIZES: There will be a total of two (2) Grand Prize Winners, fourteen (14) weekly First Prize Winners, and one hundred (100) daily Second Prize Winners. Limit one (1) prize per person per household. Each Grand Prize winner, upon verification of eligibility, will receive a Vespa S 50 4V scooter ("Vehicle") (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" - $3,299.00), a 5-night stay at the TradeWinds Island Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach, FL, (ARV - $600.00), a Visit St. Pete/Clearwater beach towel (ARV - $16.50), a Visit St. Pete/Clearwater tote bag (ARV - $9.50), a Dolphin Tale DVD (ARV - $19.99), and a Dali Museum prize (ARV - $20.00). Each Grand Prize package has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $3,964.99.
