Blue Nile's "It Starts With the Diamond and Leads to Paradise" Sweepstakes ~ 8/5/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 4, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 5, 2012.

Open to individuals who are age 18 or older and a legal resident of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.

ENTRY: There are two (2) methods of entry:

Limit: Each Entrant may receive one Entry through the Website Method, one Entry through the Facebook Method, and ninety-eight Additional Entries, for a total of no more than one hundred (100) total Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional Entries Through the Website Method of Entry:
- Sign Up for Blue Nile Email Newsletter: Agree to receive future promotional emails from Blue Nile and associated prize sponsors on the Website Method of entry An Entrant will receive one (1) additional Entry into the Sweepstakes if, during completion of the entry form on the Blue Nile Page, the Entrant opts to receive future promotional emails from Blue Nile. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method. - Provide Your Demographic Information: Enter the requested demographic information on the Blue Nile Page entry form and receive one Additional Entry. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method
- Facebook Share: Share this Sweepstakes by clicking on the Facebook sharing button provided on the Blue Nile Page. When Entrant clicks the Facebook share button he or she will receive one Additional Entry. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method.
- Twitter Share: Share this Sweepstakes by clicking on the Twitter sharing button provided on the Blue Nile Page. When Entrant clicks the Twitter share button he or she will receive one Additional Entry. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method.
- Google+ BlueNile.com: Give the Blue Nile Page a "+1" on Google+. When Entrant clicks to give the Blue Nile Page a "+1" on Google+ he or she will receive one Additional Entry. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method.
- Follow Blue Nile on Pinterest (www.Pinterest.com): Click on the Pinterest sharing button provided on the Blue Nile Page. When Entrant clicks the Pinterest share button he or she will receive one Additional Entry. Limit: only one Additional Entry will be received through this method.

Additional Entries Through the Facebook Method of Entry:
- Upload a Photo: Upload a photo of yourself and your significant other on the entry form during the Facebook Method of Entry to receive one Additional Entry per uploaded photo. Limit: five (5) photos per Entrant, for a total of five possible Additional Entries; one Additional Entry for each photo uploaded.
- Photo Vote: Entrant will receive one Additional Entry per Facebook user that votes on Entrant's uploaded photos. Note: Additional Entry will be equal to the number of Facebook users that vote on any of Entrant's uploaded photos, not the total number of votes each photo has. If a Facebook user votes more than one time for a photo, only one Additional Entry will be received by Entrant.
- Sweepstakes Link Share: Share the URL link provided on the Blue Nile Page with your friends. Each individual friend who clicks on the URL link provided by Entrant and proceeds to complete an Entry after clicking on the provided URL link, Entrant will receive an Additional Entry into the Sweepstakes. Note: the URL link in the email is tracked back to Entrant, and the Additional Entry is only received once the Entrant's friend has completed an Entry of his or her own into the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will win 1 (one) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will consist of the following:
a) a five thousand dollar ($5,000 USD) Blue Nile Shopping Spree and Style Consultation with a Blue Nile diamond expert;
b) Round-trip, first class airfare for two (2) to Hawaii originating from a major U.S. airport near the winner's residence, airport to be determined by Sponsor at its discretion;
c) a stay of six (6) nights, seven (7) days in a luxury hotel in Hawaii to be determined by Sponsor at its discretion; and
d) one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) to be distributed at Sponsor's discretion and in a manner to be determined by Sponsor.
Total ARV: $13,000 USD.
