Skintimate Studios™ “Ready For Everything” Sweepstakes ~ 7/24/12

Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 6/5/12 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 7/24/12 ("Promotional Period").

Must be a legal U.S. resident currently living in the 50 United States or DC, 13 years of age or older and have Internet access as of 6/5/12.

To register for the Sweepstakes, visit www.skintimatestudios.com or www.facebook.com/skintimate and follow the instructions to submit your first and last name, city, state, zip code, date of birth and e-mail address.

Each "day" during the Promotional Period, you can vote up to twenty-five (25) times for your favorite Skintimate Studios "Ready For Everything" Photo Contest Finalists' entry(ies), and for each vote you cast, you will receive one (1) entry into the then current Weekly Drawing. Each entry is only eligible for inclusion in the Weekly Drawing corresponding to the Week the vote was cast. Entries received for prior Weekly Drawings will not be eligible for inclusion in any subsequent Weekly Drawings. Therefore, to be eligible for each Weekly Drawing, you must cast at least one (1) vote during each Weekly Entry Period.

WEEKLY PRIZES (35): Thirty five (35) Weekly Prize winners (five winners per Weekly Drawing) will each receive a $50.00 Sponsor-specified Gift Card and five (5) coupons, each good for any one (1) free Skintimate® product, valued at up to $3.99. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $69.95/each.

Gift cards are subject to federal and state regulations and the terms and conditions of the issuer. Limit: One (1) Weekly Prize per person/e-mail address throughout the Promotional Period. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,448.25.

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected in each of the seven (7) Weekly Drawings on or about 7/31/12. Each potential Weekly Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period. Each potential winner will be notified by mail on or about 8/15/12 at the address provided at registration. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of prizes following winner verification.
