Jesus Christ, what's wrong with kids these days?
Karen Klein a 65 year old bus monitor is mercilessly bullied and verbally harassed by a group of middle schoolers on their way home from Athena Middle School in Greece, New York.
Here's the video link [youtube.com]. And it broke my heart.
Support has been pouring in and indiegogo [indiegogo.com] has collected over $440,000 for her!
Spare the rod...Spoil the child. I'd like to slap these kids silly.

In the disturbing video, the children can be heard yelling at Klein, calling her an "ugly fat ass" and telling the widow, "you don't have a family because they all killed themselves because they don't want to be near you."

Damn you!
Fine, I'll round up some kids...
don't worry, if you ever get to be on the recieving end of bullies.... I'm sure people will be praising the bullies and rewarding them instead...
It seems those kids did her the BIGGEST favor ...

And good for her. She will not ever have to ride a bus with those ignorant kids again.

Sure it was a tad cruel, but its not like they were hitting or throwing things at her... And its funny how the police want to get involve when its a verbal spat protected under the 1st Amendment
I did girl scouts growing up and it taught me so many things about life and helped me to walk in another persons shoes. We did a badge where you had to go to a nursing home and collect stories of elderly people. Some of what those frail old people had been through or experienced was just so amazing. Like the guy who was a drummer boy in the Civil War and another man who had gone through one of the last Indian raids in Texas as a child and saw his sibling killed during the raid. We have it so easy these days, of course that may be part of the problem, you learn and grow through hardship. Ad astra per aspera!
