Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OR, SD, TN, UT, WA, WI, WY (all other states specifically excluded) who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
"Like" the U.S. Bank Cash+ Facebook page, enter through the Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
[1] The first time you come to the U.S. Bank Cash+ Sweepstakes tab you will need to Like the Facebook Page in order to see the registration form; [2] Complete the registration form by providing the information required; [3] Click the submit button. Once you click the submit button you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. [4] Optionally click on the Share button to earn one (1) additional automatic entry. You may choose not to "Like" the page any time after you have successfully submitted an entry, and your entry will not be affected.
ENTRY LIMIT: Two (2) entries per Facebook account per day (one entry for registration and one entry for sharing) during the Entry Period. Only one (1) Facebook account per person may be used.
Potential winners will be selected in a weekly random drawings to be conducted on or about June, 13, 20, 27, July 4, 11, 18, 25, August 1, 2012 for a total of eight (8) drawings. Weekly winners will be selected from among all non-winning entries received during the Entry Period (all non-winning entries will roll over from one Weekly Period to the next). Entrants are not eligible to win more than one (1) weekly drawing during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about August 1, 2012 from all entries received during the Entry Period.
Grand Prize: One (1). Winner will receive a $10,000.00 U.S. Bank Rewards Visa® Card.
Weekly Prize: (160). Each winner will receive a $50.00 U.S. Bank Rewards Visa Card.
The total ARV of all prizes is: $18,000. Reward card is subject to issuer's terms and conditions.
