I made a girl cry Friday night

I was at my local watering hole and enjoying some brews w/ the boys when I noticed a hot girl w/ your typical f--- me tat on her lower back. shake head You can tell it was a fresh tattoo and it was in Japanese kanji that I so happen can read a little

Being the lil bastard I am I went up to her and asked if she had any idea what was on her back. She said it was Japanese for dragon. I corrected her, "No, its "baishun". Prostitute in Japanese." She got furious! I then asked who did her tat. She wouldn't answer. Then the tears started flowing. Man she just lost it. I guess it didn't help that she was pretty drunk. She kept yelling at her fellow blonde circle of friends "What's a baishun??? What's a baishun??? He said it meant dragon!" Even more weeping after that. ROFL drunk girls are so gullible. It really did say dragon.

Yeah, it got loud and silly.

People who think they know something, or are doing something cool when they really are not. (like getting a tatoo, and not knowing what it says) I find that funny.nod ...and I'm sure in a bar with alcohol involved, this was just hilarious!laugh out loud

I just hope that what SHOULD BE the point of this whole thing is not lost on anyone. Don't get a farking tattoo if you are not 110% positive you know what it says/means.

I've seen that several ppl have stated (or made the assumption) that the person didn't know what the tattoo meant. And, I think it's unfair to assume that. I'm certain that when she went to the tattoo parlor and picked out the Chinese symbol, it had the meaning of the writing next to it. So, she assumed it to be correct.

Now, you can say she was gullible and quick to believe the kid. But, I don't think we can automatically assume she didn't know the meaning when she had it done. And, I don't think it's then fair to justify the comical value in the whole event due to that assumption.

I don't know about anyone else, but what I am saying is that obviously she was not totally sure. She did no research first to make sure it actually said what she thought it did.

Therein lies the problem and this is why I said what I did.
