anyone selling on ebay has experience on buyer claiming item not as described (case not opened on ebay, but she just messaged me)? can i pm a question? i just want to know if ebay will side with me on it or not, in case she files.

eta: never mind. i got it resolved by offering a partial refund. also was able to talk to an ebay rep and i was able to ask more questions (was very easy too as he is from my home country and i spoke in my native language laugh out loud )

ETA: It probably wouldn't have fit anyway, so it wasn't as disappointed as I would have been if I knew it would fit. I ordered the silver metallic ruched dress with the jeans I just ordered.

i have a person giving me a run around, aggivating me about used dvds he purchased from me. he refusing to return them to me even though they are damaged. Did you do a partial refund so they wont or cant open a case against you? any assistance would be appreciated. TIA for your advice.

i offered a partial refund ($2 on $17). skincare item and the container is imperfect (scratches). didn't think it should be an issue since it was obviously not pumped and imo still qualifies as new. she thinks it's not new because of this.

while i was connecting to ebay, she messaged me she was fine with the refund. i still went thru and asked the ebay person general questions about item not as described. he said i should just state the scratches next time even though the picture shows the scratches, and i agree.

eta: i'm not sure if partial refunds will make them ineligible to file a case. i just want the buyer to be at least happy with getting a discount.

oh, and i asked how they determine who wins the case (like is it a lot dependent on the person reviewing it), and he said it is standardized because they use point system.

thanks for your feedback, I didn't notice scratches on teh dvds i sent him they were in working order, and the ebayer is emailing me for a return, but is refusing to return?! IDK

Today is the last day to pick up your free lotion from BBW. Also, I picked up my free mini nail polish from Ulta -- Seventeen mag promo. I looked up some nail polish sites and there are lots of review/swatches to look at. Lots of nail polish collectors and users out there, I don't do my nails often or collect even though I have a small collection of various nail polishes. Who here likes nail polish?

I like nail polish, but I do not wear it much. Actually my organizer that contains my enamels, some glosses, and powders fell off the door the other day because it was too heavy. I used to really be into doing my nails all the time. I usually only buy drugstore enamel. I have some OPI enamels also. I am thinking of trying Essie. There is a cute blue on display at my CVS. I swear by drying drops. Also thinking of buying a gel lamp.

What did you order? I haven't used my reward yet either. I'm waiting to use it in store. Is $19.90 & $9.95 as good as the scoop neck tanks get? It seems like a good price, but I could wait, if there may be a better price.
