oooh, i've ignored that kissing placket top, it was even recommended to me by an sa in the store during the bogo $15. didn't realize the back is lace, i like that. i should've at least tried it on.
Sidenote: Flames has me considering an $88 item. I keep telling myself it is too expensive, but now that someone brought it up here...I have to have it. #SoSad

In January, I fought for my MORE ($20) rebate, which I eventually got. I called Subco, and they told me that as long as the rebates were for different magazines, I would qualify. All of a sudden, they didn't receive my request (nor did they receive my MORE one until I hounded them about it). Then, they said they only had one magazine and I was entitled to two. I called Dermstore, and they just left me a voicemail saying that it's only one refund per year per customer, since it says so on the form. As far as I'm concerned, they were different rebates. One was for MORE magazine, and the other rebate was for Travel and Leisure/Home and Gardens. I'm currently fighting with them through the phone.
I think this is completely unacceptable. I wrote on their wall saying that I had friends who stopped shopping at their store because of the magazine rebates, so if any of you would be able to express your dissatisfaction, that would be great. I know lots of us have dermstore disaster stories.
I just hate dermstore so much right now. What a horrible company. I think I will file with the BBB.
Edit. Also, I look at their rebate now, and it says, "Limit one subscription per magazine, per household." It also says, "If you do not want a subscription to one or all of these magazines and prefer to receive a refund, please fill out the form below and mail it along with your proof of qualifying purchase within 30 days of making your purchase to..."
NOWHERE does it say limit one rebate per household. What BS

YES! I was wondering about the lipgloss, but I also found it in my spam folder. For some reason, my gmail recently started recognizing beauty.com e-mails as spam. I actually like seeing the freebies!

oh i also tried on the hi-lo dress [express.com] last night, xs. it fit right, and was surprisingly slimming - i usually dislike dresses with an elastic waist like that because it tends to make me look thicker, but this one didn't. i will probably return it though, bc i don't see myself wearing it. i told myself to choose between that dress and the elastic waist maxi dress [express.com] in black print (also xs), and i can see myself wearing the maxi more bc it's more casual (the fabric). i think it'd be a very comfortable way to travel.

I even called both Subco and dermstore BEFORE ordering and asked them this. I asked for the lady at Subco's name...but not the one at Dermstore. I'm really interested to see how this works out. I mean, that's $40!

On the browser thing, I recently figured out that in Firefox, I can't edit my cart or do an item # search. I can in Safari (Apple-based browser). That website is so sucky... must cost them a ton of $$$ in lost sales.
