I'm already regretting ordering the shoes I linked about. I shouldn't have listened to my DH. Facepalm Hopefully, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I ordered another pair that I think I'll really like. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/...00_s00_i00 These are definitely more my style. I hope they fit.

also tried on this colorblock dress [express.com] in the green. it's really cute! a tad short on me (i tried XS but i think the S may have worked also, for a looser look) but i love that the dress is a different color in front vs in back! it came to maybe 6" above my knee. possibly a bit higher.

also tried on stella barely bootcut in size 2R. I LOVE THEM! i am going to have to order some - they were soooooo comfy and just the perfect length for me (assuming it'd shrink a tiny bit after a wash). i liked the regular medium blue better than the extreme stretch. it was a tad loose in the 2R but not enough for me to size down (and just enough to make them super comfy). thanks all for continually recommending these jeans - i'm so glad i remembered to try them!
i heart stella barely bootcut. the regular and the extreme stretch are different imo, but i like them both. at least i can have both of them without feeling guilty i'm getting dupes.

i have been trying on different belts on my colorblock dress. i'm not digging the wide stretch belt it came with since it results unsightly bunching at the back, i feel like it's too wide and too cinched in. so i tried a skinny belt and it works sooo much better!

good to hear the wild orchid sweater worked for you. it is on the way to me Teehee i would have been willing to risk my reward on it, but i didn't find enough things to buy that i would be pretty sure not to regret.

i am now rethinking my size 4 boatneck dress. i actually think i look so straight in it. maybe a smaller size will be better. how does the 0 look on the midsection? if they have it in the store (they didn't last time i went), maybe i'll see if they will do an even exchange for me.

foundthis [express.com] on clearance (black and white one) - strange as i thought the store clearance would be the same as the online clearance but this dress doesn't seem to be on clearance. it was marked 39.99 so after 40% off it was $24! i went ahead and used a $15 reward on it. score! it fit me very well in XS - very slimming and the halter was perfect and doesn't show any cleavage. it's a tad long for me - i'd have to hem it to wear flats, or else wear heels with it (i'm 5'6). i think as long as i have 2-3" heels i'll be ok with the length.
Nice deal! High Five I wonder if it was on clearance, because it's an online exclusive item that was returned to the store. They may mark them down to get rid of them. Regardless, you got lucky. woot

You're making me want to try on the pair of Stella jeans I haven't returned yet. I didn't want to return 2 pair of the same jeans in one trip. That seemed a bit much. Teehee I think I just don't have the right body type for them. They work against my assets, & highlight my flaws. I can see how they'd look much better on someone who is longer & straighter. I may give them one more try, since I have them, but I doubt my booty, height, & the jeans have changed much in 2 days. laugh out loud

I wasn't sure if you said you were keeping the extreme stretch barely boot in black. I found that I also like the dark wash better than the black (based on color, i didn't try them on successively to know if they fit the same or not). also, just a warning, if you like the black because it's black, the color faded on my jeggings of the same fabric.

I am keeping them. I need jeans & they look better than the non-stretch jeans. Mostly, I wanted black. It stinks that they fade. Annoyed On a positive note, I got them for $27.23. I guess they can be bum around jeans, if they fade a lot. Let me know, if you find any black jeans that don't fade.

you need to go in store and try that boatneck dress in all the possible sizes. they don't differ that much but i think the smallest one that you fit in will be the best. i thought the 2 was my size but the 0 fits better, and made my midsection look better. it also didn't make me look as wide up top.

i didn't think i'd like the wild orchid color, but it's nice. my favorite of the bunch (other than black of course, but i love black).

the stella jeans probably just work well for me. we have different body types right? i don't have large hips or an ass at all - i can see how it might squish it down if i had more back there. i hate it when jeans squish down the ass also. i'm sure you made the right choice in liking the extreme stretch more! it does stretch a lot more which allows your natural curves to shine through.

they did tell me that someone had JUST returned that maxi. i was excited to find it in xs - that store usually doesn't keep the smaller sizes in stock for long. i prob got lucky bc their maxi's are so long that not as many ppl would have wanted it.

Yeah, our body types are different. I have curvy hips & booty. The Stella boot cut jeans elongate my behind & make it look flat. The long pockets make my legs look shorter in the back too. They look great from the front. If they looked as good from the back, they'd be perfect. Oh well, I'm glad they have a style for everybody. I hope they'll introduce the Mia fit in boot cut &/or barely boot cut soon. Anyone know, if they ever offered those?

Nice timing on the dress. woot

this is me in that pleated surplice dress in XS. i think it makes me look super thin, but the beige shows so much that it's unflattering (like porda had mentioned). however, i think that's how the top should look - i had tried a S awhile back and the top was just very loose, not in a good way. oh well.

Anyone think I can do better than $19.90 for the Graphic Hi-Lo Hem Tank http://www.express.com/graphic-hi...04a6652b99? I'm going to try XS & S, & have a $10 off code.

I'm glad you reviewed it for us & took a pic. It definitely wouldn't work with my belly. The top looks great on you though.

i think it actually looks good on you. the black bottom might be better. i thought the same thing about the xs - that it's hard to get in and out of - others found so too since there was a hole on the top and another on the bottom in the one i tried in the store laugh out loud so i decided to order the s online (i thought it looked decent when i tried in the store), but i lacked the curves on the bottom.

you would def need the S for the top - it's not stretchy and anyone with a larger chest than me wouldn't really fit in the XS i think. but yeah, it does show the belly - the black would be better but i don't know how much better.

awww thanks kurpee! i didn't think it was horrible, but it wasn't amazing, and i'm not sure i'd be comfortable wearing something that tight to work. i do love the green tho.

funny that the xs that you tried had holes! it's ridiculous how hard it is to get that on. they should have just made the top unzip entirely rather than only partially., so that you could just step into it.

i know the black would be better, but i think it'd still be difficult to get in and out of (i had an especially difficult time getting out of the dress). i don't think it'd be worth the frustration.

I don't think it looks that bad on you either. Black would probably look really good. Unfortunately, if it shows your belly a little, it would look horrible on me.

I've been procrastinating, because I didn't want to waste my code by only using $10 off $30. There's not really anything else I want that's a great deal now, so I'm going to order. Hopefully, there will be another good general public code soon. I got some killer deals, with the last GP code.

I'm seriously dreaming of express B1G1 50% off for any item sale again with a code. I hope that happens so I can get more dresses Big Grin

Nerdi, I think that the dress looks fantastic on you! Also, I'm (surprisingly) a 0 in the express boatneck jeans. I'm like a 27 in jeans, so that was shocking. I don't know if I'll ever figure out the sizing at express.
