i made 2 purchases in store in the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten credit for either of them. do you think i can email them with receipt number to get it credited?

:nod : that's what i would do...
my store is starting to hate me. i go in and do about 4-5 invoices of returning at once. i always hold up the line. some cs's are more annoying than others tho, and keep asking why i'm returning something. they also convinced me to keep that hi-lo dress i was going to return. oh well - maybe i'll find a use for it... it does fit nicely.
i was annoyed last time tho, bc the other line was held up also, and it was bc the cs was calling other express stores in the san diego area to find a shirt in a size for this guy (who probably goes to school in sd and was home for the weekend). he spent about 20 minutes calling around to the different stores for the guy before the guy finally said 'you know what? forget it, i'll just have my gf come in to this store and exchange the size when you get them back in stock'. :rolleyes : like helloooo, couldn't you have just said that 20 minutes prior so at least we're not both holding up the line?
Our Express store has never been really busy, when I've been in there. I didn't have to worry about holding up the line. The VS in the same mall often has a long weight though. Now that the store is processing returns, there seems to always be someone with a lot of items holding up the lines. (Someone like us, which is why I ship my returns.
You could still return the Hi-Lo dress, if you want. It's a cute dress though. I'd try the raspberry color, if I wasn't afraid the back would be too long. I don't need more black & white.
