I have not been so impressed with limited recently. I called yesterday (again) about the order I placed on the 25th. It stil hasn't shipped, and they don't know when it will. I was hoping to wear the dress I ordered this upcoming weekend and thought 3 week would be enough time to get it...apparently not, especially since they ship SO slow.

They really better shape up. I can't understand why they are encouraging people to place online order when they can't even ship them and don't know what their inventory is (according to the lady on the phone). Wouldn't that just mean more unhappy people?

Agreed. I'm getting sick of them. They do have good prices if you shop them at the right time. It's getting to be not worth the trouble. I hope their sales change tomorrow. I still have some V$ that I would like to use.

Thanks! Ugh - I was coming in here to figure out why it wasn't working. I found some earrings I liked and a shirt on clearance. It worked before I had to run to the clinic to pick up my off work note, now I wouldn't. Thanks for the answer before I even asked it!

Seems like so many stores are getting to where their customer service sucks! UGH! They shouldn't push people to shop online if they are going to act like that Frown

VS is going to be pushing people to order in store through iPads soon. My manager told me they are getting iPads in soon to do online orders in the store. Not sure when! She said she wants to have me come in and do my orders there. HA - I don't think she really wants that Teehee

Sorry, but I have another Express reward question. I just realized there may be a flaw in my plan to get my DH shoes. I was planning to add them to the gold dress to get my order to $150 for $50 off. How is the reward applied? Will it be applied equally to the 2 items? If so, would I lose the amount applied to the dress, if I have to return it?

If he's hungry, he gets himself something to eat. My sister was babysitting him one day. He wanted to play in his room. She said she got in there & he wasn't there. In a minute he showed up with a chair for her to sit in, while he played. laugh out loud I've never seen a little one like him.

Red - the limited does not care about unhappy customers. I told themthey lost a customer after they charged me for 2 return labels when it was 1 box. They didn't care. I have not speed there since. The saddest thing was, I returned 1 shirt from that second order, and it cost 12. If it were a larger order I may not have cared as much, but the $6 charge was half of my refund. They really couldn't have cared less.

CCj - your daughter is adorable! I can only imagine how hard it's been to not pick her up while sick! Hopefully you'll be all better soon...

Gh - you'll lose the reward if you return something. It gets distributed over your order. I would only use a reward on something you're sure you want.

I am sorry you had a problem with the 2006 bags. They are my favorite of the Trio bags. I never had an issue with the zipper pull, and I put the small and large ones through a lot.

I cannot say that I have ever used the 2007 bags. However, if I still have the Hot Pink Tote (medium), I may use it as my work bag this fall. I use these free totes as my work bags to Carry my actually purse and work items. I used to use them until they were no good, but now I rotate them. It works out well...and free! Right now (well not right now since I have not worked in a month), I am using a RL soft train case. I really like using it, but I need a larger bag for the fall/winter to hold extra clothing.

Due to your suggestion, I am considering using the Spring 2008 small and medium bags.

I did not like the Holiday 2008 either. I only ordered them because I had an extra code box.

When I thought that I had thrown away all my old bras, I almost had a panic attack. I found them in a VS Tote (of course), and now they are in storage in Rubbermaid Roughnecks. I cannot part with them yet, especially since some of them are unworn. #SoSad

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. I went ahead & placed the order w/o using the reward. It's too bad they're so hard to use. We'll have another one coming soon. Can we make an exchange & be able to keep it, if we use one? I hate to reorder & return to get something I definitely want. I return enough w/o doing that.
