I purchased my Sleep Number bed for under $2K. I purchased it from QVC. There are Sleep Number B&Ms, where you can test them out. The Queen & King sizes have dual controls, so you and the mister can adjust them separately. The only downfall is that when the two sides are on different numbers it is noticeable in the middle. So when you "get it in", set both sides to the same number.

I love my Sleep Number Bed. I will definitely purchase another one. It is the first bed I even purchased. Before this it was an twin Serta I grew up sleeping on (toddler to high school) and dorm bed.

Comfort We buy our mattresses from Costco. They are mid-range Sealy brand. I think we buy the firm one and then throw a foam topper on it. Last time we bought, they had them on display so I could try them out in-store. Costco's return policy is pretty awesome, you'd have to see if it applied to mattresses - it might be worth looking into.

She's pretty much married to royal purple. Her colors are royal purple and orange (she's an art teacher, so I have faith). I hope she gets moving soon...

Also, I bought my mattress from Costco because of the return policy. I absolutely love it!

we have a costco membership but they didn't have anything in-store. I have to wait 30 days to return our mattress b/c of Navy Exchange Policy. Starting to regret not buying from costco

Sure, there are bad eggs on both sides, but the burden is on the one burdening others. I shouldn't have to ask, she should be asking how we're doing with it, same as how she did about the noise her kids make (which was nice of her and they don't make any more noise than the last ones... stairs were exciting to me too when I was little Coverlaugh ). I ran into her last week and she was wasted and said what great neighbors we were, that we "...haven't bitched much about my smoking" and whatnot. So, not very inviting to criticism, but I'll have to work it in b/c it sounds like she's going to renew her lease for another year. My mom was a smoker and I have smoked a little as well, could be why I'm less forgiving on the topic Dontknow She also smokes pot indoors when the kids are gone and it comes right through the wall - I had to tape up our outlets. Annoyed

Fat stores increase inflammation, I forget why and just having less weight put on them should help... even if it only stops them from getting worse.

Ahh. I want to say I haven't seen a Costco have one on display in a long time, just stood up on their sides in plastic along the wall near the technology section. You can probably order a Costco one online. Can you get a cheap foam topper in the mean time to take the edge off?
