Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Bonk I told you we're bad fisherman.....it was just a split-shot, nothing HUGE.....although it felt huge when it smacked my face.

It just don't cast out good if there's not a little something on it...that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I had got my line caught in the rocks, my kid wanted to climb down them and get it, I was having a fit with her, she had on little flip flops, no one around if she slid in, so I pulled till I broke the line so she would stop it!! She was bound determined I wasn't gonna loose my new lighted bobber. I tell her I ain't losing you over no damn bobber...Thankfully there was no one around to hear us yammering at each other...

So I snapped the line, the bobber was close, and she used her pole to snag it...she got the bobber and I pulled on the loose line figuring I might get my hook back also....I did, QUICKLY....lol

I am here. Just been going crazy in too many directions and the heat does not help. I lost my aol connection today. I overworked it so much they had to take over my computer and clear out aol cookies to make it work again. That was the time I planned to come on here and chat. Had to go for an airconditioner yesterday way up north. all sold out. a different costco from mine here. i thought a large window unit could be put into the wall if he cut it out. no. they said the drains would back up and not meant for wall installation. so i got a really big (weighs over 120 lbs) portable. no windows in my bedroom - just a slider with a deck. so i had this brainstorm and i hope it works. seal off the slider with an vertical piece of wood not too wide to accommodate the hose (which is bigger than a dryer vent) and put the hose thru the wood and paint the wood the color of my siding. i have outside stairs up to the deck. hope it works. i cannot stand it upstairs and sick of sleeping on the couch down here where there is air. so i have no time for sweeps and stuff and do the iw's during the night but nothing at all.

Yes I was alive but not kicking. just did iw's in the wee hrs.
I hope i have time to come back on tonight, really. gotta run. handwave

Here's a thought..... make the opening the built in AC was in bigger, put a window in, and get a window AC
