The winner will be determined by random draw, from all valid entries received, on or about July 31, 2012. The winner will be notified by email prior to shipment of prize. By entering this giveaway, entrants give their permission to publish their first name, last name initial, and state of residence, if chosen as the winner of PaisleyWallet.com's Month of July Giveaway. Winner agrees not to hold PaisleyWallet.com or it's publisher liable for any situations or accidents that could occur when using the prize. Vera Bradley is not associated with this giveaway.
