Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM (ET) on 7/2/12 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 8/27/12 ("Promotion Period").
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize – Winner's choice of one of the following two (2) options:
Grand Prize Option # 1 - One (1) Crazy Good Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2013 National Pass (the "Pass"). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus three (3) guests access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2013. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2013 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2013 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass Holders name. Passholder must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Ultimate Access Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on www.livenation.
Grand Prize Option # 2 - One (1) Crazy Good Rock Flight™ which includes four (4) tickets to a Live Nation produced concert at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia; round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from the airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home within the U.S. to the airport nearest the concert; two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for two (2) nights / three (3) days; and a $200.00 cash gift card (winner only). Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. Approximate Retail Value of this Grand Prize choice is $5,000.00, depending upon winner's point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. If the Grand Prize winner chooses Grand Prize Option # 1, he/she will not be awarded the difference between the stated ARV of the two (2) Grand Prize options. Selection of airline, hotel and concert seat locations are solely within Live Nation's discretion. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity and artist restrictions. Winner and guests must abide by all venue policies. Concert must be selected at least thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date and is subject to availability and age restrictions. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Live Nation reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from trip destination city. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert. All travel must be taken no later than 9/1/13; no alternative travel dates are available or prize will be forfeited. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel guest must be winner's parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and travel guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel.
WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One Thousand (1,000) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (one hundred twenty five (125) prizes per Week) - A $50 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code ("Code"). The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward $50-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program; or $50-off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation Store. The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.
Total maximum ARV of all prizes is $55,000.00. Limit one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes prize and the Grand Prize per person for the Promotion Period.

Oh I'm so excited! I received an e-mail that I won $50 in Live Nation Concert Cash from the Kelloggs Pop Tarts weekly sweepstakes.
