Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 7/3/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/12.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and Canada (with the exception of the province of Quebec), eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

GRAND PRIZE (one [1] "Grand Prize" will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a five (5) night trip for two (2) to Willemstad, Curacao. The Trip Prize includes the following:
(i) roundtrip economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport (within the Eligibility Area) nearest the winner's hometown to a Curacao airport selected by Sponsor,
(ii) five (5) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard ocean front studio, double occupancy; room and tax only) at the Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa,
(iii) two (2) "Bachelorette Dinner Experiences" (Zen Garden and Private Beachfront), Signature Welcome Roses,
(iv) Rose Petal lined path to beach with dessert and refreshments and
(v) two-person snorkel trip to Blue Cave.
Specific air carrier(s), Hotel and all aspects of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Trip Prize is $3,150. The actual value of the Grand Prize travel may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel booking. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If Grand Prize Winner elects to travel with no travel companion, no additional prize element will be substituted. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: All additional meals, ground transfers, gratuities, excursions, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee(s).
Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date, destination and return date. Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID including valid passports (as required by airport and TSA authorities) at time of travel. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Grand Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of the Grand Prize and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Grand Prize Winner must provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2012.
No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. An unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee.
