Even though deal-sharing site Slickdeals has been around for more than a decade, CEO Bryant Quan says it's still pretty much in startup mode.

With more than a 100 million page views every month and only 20 full-time employees, there's a ratio of 5 million customers to one employee, which means Slickdeals had to build a team flexible enough to wear many hats and make decisions independently.

And yes it was. I felt like crap and had to be on oxygen most of the day til the bus was taking the group back down the mountain...about the time we go to that truck stop place...about 200 feet lower...is when I started feeling a bit better.

Only went up the mountain a couple times when I lived in southern Utah, but it was so pretty there.

It was gorgeous...I was thinking how perfect it was up there and how the selection of trails was great. At Mt Charleston here in Vegas there are only 3 trails..one is black diamond (no f-ing way), the second is blue diamond (which is doable but I am not in good enough shape yet to handle it more than a few times before I wipe out laugh out loud) and then the bunny hill which is really weak. Brian head was just right...except for the fact it's 10K feet and my system say "nope...no thanks... I quit" laugh out loud
