Promotion starts on or about 10:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") on Thursday, July 19 and ends at 9:00 am Pacific Time on Thursday, August 16, 2012 ("Promotion Period").
There are four (4) separate weekly sweepstakes offered each week during the course of the Promotion (each a "Sweepstakes"). For purposes of the Promotion and Sweepstakes, a week is defined as 12:00 am PT Thursday through 11:59 pm PT Wednesday unless otherwise specified ("Entry Period").
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who currently reside in the United States at time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person, or email address per Sweepstakes. You may enter once-- under one name and one email address only per Entry Period. Entrants may not share email addresses, nor enter with multiple e-mail addresses, identities, logins or registrations, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter more than the stated permissible number of times.
Upon entry confirmation, you will also have the opportunity (without obligation or affect to your entry) to share/send an invitation to third parties ("referral person") who may enter the Sweepstakes via your invitation ("referral link") in accordance with the entry procedure established above.
On or within five (5) working days following the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) from all eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes during the respective Sweepstakes Entry Period. Non-winning entries will NOT carry over into subsequent drawings. Limit one (1) prize per person. In the event the selected potential winner is an eligible referral person who entered via an entrant's referral link, the entrant whose referral link the referral person used will receive a referral prize, subject to verification of eligibility of both potential winners and compliance with these rules. In the event the selected potential winner did not enter via an entrant's referral link, the referral prize will NOT be awarded for the respective Sweepstakes.
PRIZE(S):
Weekly Prizes (3) per Sweepstakes: Each week for four weeks, three (3) $250 Gas Cards winners will be selected. Advance Auto Parts reserves the right to substitute Weekly prizes provided ARV of the replacement prize is of equal or greater value. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD $3,000.
Referral Prize (12) per Sweepstakes: One Referrer Prize of $150 Gas Card will be give for each Weekly Prize Winner who was referred. No referral Prizes are awarded for Winners who were not referred. ARV: USD $1,800.
ENTRY DATES:
Weekly Prizes: the following prizes will be awarded each week, Advance Auto Parts reserves the right to substitute Weekly prizes provided ARV of the replacement prize is of equal or greater value.
Total ARV for Weekly Prizes $3,000
Referrer Prizes: one for each Day Prize Winner who was referred. No referral Prizes are awarded for Winners who were not referred.
