2. ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is only open to legal
residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years
old as of the date of entry,

Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. You do
not have to subscribe to the magazine to enter. All entries become the property of
the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit: One entry per person
and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. All entrant
information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of
the applicable Sponsor.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be
conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 8, 2012
(the "Drawing Date"). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or
telephone.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The prize is two (2)
round-trip coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner's
primary residence in the US serviced by Qatar Airways to Mumbai, India (ARV not to
exceed $5,000 total); one (1) standard hotel room (double-occupancy) for two (2)
nights at the the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, two (2) nights at The Oberoi
Udaivilas, Udaipur, two (2) nights at the Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur and Day Use room
at The Oberoi, Gurgaon; breakfast daily, transferring and touring provided by
Greaves at each location: Transfers, sightseeing and excursions as noted in the
itinerary using an air-conditioned Medium chauffeured car at all places; Elephant
ride up the hill and descend by jeep at Amber Fort / Jaipur; English speaking local
guides during sightseeing as per itinerary; Entrance fees and video/still camera fees
at monuments; Porterage at airports (ARV $6,140) and a one-year Connoisseur
membership to Indagare (ARV $1,275). The total approximate retail value of the
prize package is $12,415, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary
based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance
between the point of departure and the destination. Airfare subject to Qatar Airways
terms and conditions. Transportation to an airport serviced by Qatar Airways,
ground transportation not specified above, meals not specified above, beverages, spa
therapies, in-room or other personal charges at lodgings (e.g., mini-bar, movies),
laundry, telephone calls, gratuities, luxury tax on accommodation, travel insurance,
India Visa charges, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner
and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must
be booked by December 31st, 2012 and completed by September 30, 2013, and may
be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates.
