Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 11, 2012.
Open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years of age as of date of game play.

Complete the on-screen registration form, including nominating a school (if you wish), to receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play for you and your nominated school.
If you receive an online message indicating you are an instant winner, you will either be sent an affidavit (if you are deemed the Grand Prize winner) or you will be automatically sent your prize within 6-8 weeks after the Promotion ends for all other prize levels. If the school is deemed a winner, the school administrator will be contacted via email as described below. The winning determination for you and your school is not linked, they are separate.
Limit one (1) Game Play per person/email address per day. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of Game Plays by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that participant's Game Plays and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of $1,000 in American Express Gift Cards.
Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a pair of Limited Edition Lorax Converse Sneakers. The ARV of each First Prize is $55
Forty-three (43) Second Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a $50 American Express gift card.
Twenty (20) Third Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a Dr. Seuss' The Lorax Blu-Ray™ Combo Pack. The ARV of each Third Prize is $25.
Eight (8) Fourth Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a Set of 3 Dr. Seuss books. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $15.
School Prizes:
Thirty (30) School Prizes will be awarded, each of which consists of a Set of 5 Sponsor-specified books. The ARV of each School Prize is $25.
The total ARV of all prizes is $4,795. Limit one (1) Prize per person, per household. Limit one (1) School Prize per school.
