The Dodge Dart Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Chrysler Group LLC, 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326-2766 ("Sponsor"), and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, an independent judging organization, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033 ("PrizeLogic").

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts on July 29, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 16, 2012, at 11:59:59 P.M. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are or will be at least 18 years of age and have a valid U.S. Driver's license as of the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, G7 Entertainment Marketing, PrizeLogic, Clear Channel, Pop2Life and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the "steps" of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) promotion websites where an entrant may access the Sweepstakes:

i. During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may go to www.dodgedartroad2vegas.com ("Website") and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes. Each entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by successfully registering.

ii. During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may logon to www.facebook.com/dodge ("Page"), click on the Sweepstakes tab and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes. Each entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by successfully registering.

4. ENTRY LIMIT AND GENERAL TERMS: An entrant may only receive one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the promotional website used to enter the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered that an entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once per day using multiple e-mail addresses, Facebook accounts, or multiple identities, that entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize that entrant might have been entitled to will not be awarded to that entrant. Also, if it is discovered that an entrant attempts to receive more than one (1) entry per day into the Sweepstakes, that entrant may, in the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant understands that he or she is providing his or her information to the Sponsor and not Facebook. Further, each entrant specifically agrees to release Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected entries all of which will be void.

5. FINALIST RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about September 17, 2012, Sponsor or party designated to administer the drawing will select twelve (12) finalists prize winners (each a "Finalist") from among all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to be awarded the prize described herein and to become qualified to participate in the Grand Prize Event. Each Finalist will be deemed a potential finalist pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. GRAND PRIZE EVENT: There will be a total of twelve (12) potential Finalists selected and qualified to participate in the grand prize event ("Grand Prize Event"). To be eligible to win the grand prize ("Grand Prize"), the Finalist must take the Trip awarded as set forth below and must be present for the Grand Prize Event. The Grand Prize Event will take place at iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 22, 2012 from 12:00 P.M. PT to 2:00 P.M. PT. The Finalist whose key starts the grand prize vehicle will be the grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner"). The Grand Prize Winner will be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

To participate in the Grand Prize Event all confirmed Finalist must check in and register for the Grand Prize Event prior to 11:59:59 A.M. PT, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to be eligible to participate. Only confirmed Finalist may participate in the Grand Prize Event. Must be present to win the Grand Prize, no stand-ins or substitutions will be permitted. Time of the final giveaway event is subject to change. On the day of the Grand Prize Event each Finalist must officially check in and register with the Sponsor or one of its representatives at the time and location designated to be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Event. If the Finalist is unable to verify registration information during check in at the Grand Prize Event, the Finalist will automatically be disqualified and his or her prize or chance thereof will be forfeited. After each Finalist has officially checked in for the Grand Prize Event, or at approximately 12:00 P.M. PT, Sponsor or Sponsor's designee will randomly distribute one (1) key to each Finalist present and be given an opportunity to try to start the vehicle with the key provided. The first Finalist whose key starts the vehicle wins the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Event will officially end when the first Finalist whose key starts the vehicle is declared the Grand Prize Winner and no more prizes will be awarded. If one of the keys distributed does not start the vehicle the Grand Prize will be awarded by random drawing among the Finalist who participated in the Grand Prize Event. If more than one key is found to start the vehicle, only the first key to have started the vehicle will be considered a valid.

7. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

i. FINALIST PRIZE (12): Each Finalist will receive a trip for two (2) people – the Finalist and one (1) guest ("Guest" or "Travel Companion") – for four days/three nights to Las Vegas, Nevada where the Grand Prize Winner will be selected as set forth in Section 6 ("Trip"). The Trip includes: round-trip economy class airfare for the Finalist and Guest from major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner's primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by the designated agent fulfilling the prize in its sole discretion) to destination airport; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in the Sponsor's sole discretion or the party fulfilling the prize on its behalf; two (2) tickets for the Finalist and Guest to attend each night of the iHeartRadio Music Festival ("Event") on September 21 and 22, 2012; round-trip ground transportation from airport to the hotel; round-trip ground transportation from the hotel to the Event if applicable; and an opportunity to meet Pitbull. ("Finalist Prize").

Each Finalist and his or her Guest must be able to travel to Las Vegas on the designated dates to be able attend the iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 21 and September 22, 2012 and must be able return home on September 23, 2012. If a Finalist is unable to fulfill all of the foregoing obligations, then the Finalist may, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified.

a. ARV: The ARV of the Finalist Prize is $3,100. The actual value of the Finalist Prize may vary based on time/date/departure location. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a Finalist Prize and its actual value will not be awarded.
b. The odds of winning a Finalist Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
c. Finalist Prize Restrictions and Limitations: All Finalist Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by the Sponsor's authorized designee.

All finalist prize packages shall include round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner from a major commercial airport near winner's home to the destination and a double occupancy standard hotel room as specified in herein. Actual value of Finalist Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of the Finalist Prize will not be awarded and is specified in these Official Rules. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within the discretion of the party fulfilling the Finalist Prize. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Finalist and Guest. Travel for the Trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability, alternative travel dates will not be provided. If the Finalist(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate Finalist(s) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and party fulfilling the Finalist Prize. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Finalist and Guest must travel on same itinerary. No person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to travel. IF FINALIST IS ELIGIBLE, BUT A MINOR IN HIS OR HER STATE OF RESIDENCE, THE GUEST MUST BE FINALIST'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. A MINOR MAY ACCOMPANY FINALIST AS A GUEST ONLY IF THE FINALIST IS THE MINOR'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES DURING TRIP (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IN-FLIGHT, HOTEL STAY AND ALL PRIZE-RELATED EVENTS) BY MINOR'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. Guest must sign and return a travel release within the time specified below before any ticketing of travel occurs.

Travel dates for the Finalist Prize are currently anticipated to be September 21, 2012 - September 23, 2012. Finalist(s) and his or her Guest must travel on the same itinerary. If the potential Finalist is unable to travel during the dates specified by the prize provider then Sponsor may select an alternative potential Finalist to be awarded the Finalist Prize and become qualified for the Grand Prize. If the Event does not or cannot take place, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, or if an Event-related prize cannot be awarded to an alternative potential Finalist due to the timing of the Event and when the alternative potential prizewinner is determined, such alternative potential prizewinner no cash equivalent, or comparable, of the cancelled portion of his or her Finalist Prize, will be awarded as satisfaction of such prize, unless otherwise determined by Clear Channel and Sponsor in their sole discretion. When applicable, prizes involving personal appearances of artists or celebrities are subject to artist/celebrity's schedule. If, after a Finalist Prize or any element of the Finalist Prize has been selected and ticketing has been completed, artist/celebrity, including Pitbull, is unable to appear, such portions of the Finalist Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor and/or the prize provider shall have no further obligation to the Finalist. If in the judgment of the third-party company fulfilling the prize or Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the destination, Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at the sole and absolute discretion of the third-party company fulfilling the prize. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Finalist. The Sponsor, prize provider, or third-party company fulfilling the Finalist Prize shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Finalist Prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Finalist at the time of notification. Finalist(s) and Guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the prize provider and Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. If a Finalist cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate Finalist in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Finalist and his or her Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel and in accordance with applicable laws. If the Finalist or his or her Guest does not have or is unable to obtain a necessary identification documents within any time constraints related to the Finalist Prize, the Finalist may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor and prize provider shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.

Each Finalist will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the Finalist Prize that are not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, taxes (and for trip-related prizes, airport transfers, additional transportation, food and beverages, gratuities, incidentals, baggage costs, telephone calls, excursions, travel insurance, charges for changing dates and/or reservations), and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by a Finalist in receiving or using the Finalist Prize; and (b) required to submit his or her social security number or tax payer ID number to the designated third party prize fulfillment service acting as an agent on behalf of the prize provider and Sponsor, in order to claim the prize.
Each Finalist will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of the Finalist Prize.
No more than twelve (12) Finalist Prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) Finalist Prize per household.

ii. GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a new 2013 Dodge Dart customized by Pitbull and/or Sponsor ("Grand Prize").
a. ARV/Manufacturer's suggested retail price ("MSRP"): The ARV/MSRP of the Grand Prize is up to $50,000.
b. Grand Prize Restrictions and Limitations: The Finalist must be present at, and participate in, the Grand Prize drawing set forth in Section 6 to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The actual vehicle features/options will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. Grand Prize Winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver's license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to prize delivery. Prize details and availability are subject to change. In the event the particular vehicle cannot be supplied for any reason, a similar vehicle of comparable value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

iii. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS: All prizes are nontransferable and no prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner's responsibility. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes imposed on prizes.

Prizes may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash except in prize provider's sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes Entities are not the guarantor of any prize, unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. At the discretion of the Sponsor, prizes may be fulfilled by a third party such as the prize provider a fulfillment service company designated by the Sponsor to act on their behalf. The Sweepstakes Entitles are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this contest. The Sweepstakes Entities do not make, and is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner(s).

8. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE:

i. HOW TO CLAIM THE FINALIST PRIZE: On or about September 17, 2012, each potential Finalist will be notified by the Sponsor's designee via the Finalist's e-mail address provided when he or she registered for the Sweepstakes. The potential Finalist must respond within five (5) hours from the time such notification is sent by the Sponsor's designee. In the event that any e-mail is returned as undeliverable or if no response to this notification is received within such time, the Finalist Prize may, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Finalist. The Finalist will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be received by the Sponsor's designee within two (2) calendar days from the date the Affidavit was sent to the Finalist. The Guest will also be required to sign and return a travel companion liability and publicity release within two (2) calendar days from the date it is sent to the Finalist Prize Winner or the Finalist Prize Winner will not be able to travel or partake in the Finalist Prize with a Guest. If the Finalist fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Finalist may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, forfeit the Finalist Prize. If a Finalist Prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate potential Finalist may, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstake Period.

ii. HOW TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will be delivered to the Grand Prize Winner through a Dodge dealership near the Grand Prize Winner's residence, as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. No other delivery option will be available. Subject to availability, the Grand Prize will be delivered within approximately 120 days from final verification of the Grand Prize Winner's eligibility. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the vehicle. If a potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining Finalists.

9. TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES: EACH FINALIST AND THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE FINALIST PRIZE AND/OR GRAND PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT HIS OR HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FINALIST PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH FINALIST AND THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, designees, and agents ("Released Parties") are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable e-mail or postal mail, or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/Page/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Website or Page users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website, Page or any Sweepstakes-related website(s). The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Finalist Prize or a Grand Prize (each, a "Prize").

The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism, or device, for any entries in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his or her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys' fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant's entry, participation, or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights, (c) typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes materials, (d) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence, or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof), (e) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond the Sponsor's control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether such action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties' control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules, (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (g) human error, (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt, or transmission of any part of any entry (including, without limitation, the information or any parts thereof), (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Website or Page or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant, (j) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, Website, Page, or any other Sweepstakes-related websites, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (k) any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (l) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (m) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable, or damaged entries, (n) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, (o) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof), or (p) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.

Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Sweepstakes, including the Website, Page, and all Prizes, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. 11. DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN OAKLAND COUNTY, MI. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ("JAMS RULES"). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MICHIGAN. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OAKLAND COUNTY, MI. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

12. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by the Sponsor or its designee and used by the Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, agents, and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at http://www.dodge.com/universal/privacy.html and any opt-ins an entrant may have agreed to during the registration process.

13. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, each entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor, Clear Channel and/or the Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his or her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for Sweepstakes, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

14. GENERAL: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Finalist or the Grand Prize Winner ("Prize Winners") based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If, for any reason, an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Sweepstakes, the entrant's sole remedy is to submit another entry. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of Prize Winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of Prize Winners from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, or other errors, there are more potential Prize Winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the Prize Winners. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of a Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered, or postage due mail. Federal, state, and local taxes imposed on Prizes are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited, to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. Sponsor will not be obligated to make more than three (3) attempts to award a Prize.

15. WINNERS LIST: For a list of Prize Winners, interested individuals should place a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope (omit return postage if mailing from Vermont) in an envelope and mail it to: Dodge Dart Sweepstakes – ATTN: Winners List, 4000 Centre Point Dr., La Vergne, TN 37086. Winners List requests will only be accepted after the Sweepstakes' end date (listed above) and requests must be received no later than November 16, 2012.
