I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Sounds like youve taken good care of your animals for them to live as long as they have and the rootlessness is probably more to do with too much soft food or bad water than the Purina! My friends white boxer had no teeth because he ate rocks! Was so funny when he tried to bite cause it was all gums.
Hows the newbie fitting in now? I know how you feel being overrun. Gave my sister a kitten years ago and then she had to bottle feed Zena so she kept her, got a "friend" for her and then the mother came to live with us. So 3 dogs, 35,60 &65lbs! 4 cats all over 10 lbs! in a 1000 sq ftt 2 br home! NONE of them want to be outside animals!!! Spoiled rotten but theyre happy. Boo and Storm are mine, the little kitty weed fiends! Her dogs beg for cookies all the time and my cats beg for nip!! EEK!

The old Siamese gets urinary Purina and special urinary from the vet in cans so both are geared to her age.
the dogs all get purina one smart blend so there are the soft pieces in there for the old guy and the crunchy for the rest. plus their cookies all different kinds (low fat from the vet) plus milkbone and chewies, etc) and they each line up for a small (very small) piece of my bagel each morning. the old one fit right in. amazing. but he already knew guido and daisy.
