Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 27, 2012 and ends 11:59 p.m.ET on December 31, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period") with separate monthly entry periods as described below, during the Sweepstakes Period (each a "Monthly Entry Period") and except in respect to the Third Prize drawing period, which ends at 11;59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry.

You must complete all required entry information as specified on the Application between 12:00 a.m. ET on August 27, 2012 and 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2012 only, except in respect to the Third Prize drawing period, which requires that entries be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012. To enter to win a Third Prize, select the NFL Team you would like to receive tickets for should you be selected as a Third Prize winner.
All eligible entries must be received by the times and dates shown below to be eligible for the Fourth and Fifth Prize random drawings. Grand Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for two to New Orleans, LA USA, to attend Super Bowl XLVII on February 3, 2013. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home (airport and carrier to be determined by Sponsor), hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVII and a USD$500.00/CD$500.00 American Express® Reward Card or American Express® Gift Card (for Canadian residents). Issuer of gift card to be determined by Sponsor; gift card is subject to terms of use and expiration date. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD$7,500.00/CD$7,433.25.
First Prize (5): A set of Sponsor-specified Bridgestone Tires, awarded in the form of a gift certificate (ARV: USD$800.00/CD$792.88 each).
Second Prize (5): An XBox 360® Game Console (ARV: USD$249.00/CD$246.98 each).
Third Prize (32 total, 1 per NFL Team): Two (2) tickets to a 2012 regular season NFL game held at the home stadium of the NFL team selected by entrant at time of entry. Prize must be used on date specified by Sponsor (ARV: USD$250.00/CD$247.78 each).
Fourth Prize (36 – 9 per Monthly Entry Period): An EA SPORTS™ Madden NFL '13 game (ARV: USD$59.99/CD$59.50 each).
Fifth Prize (90 – 20 per Monthly Entry Period for September, October and November, 30 for December's Monthly Entry Period): A $50.00 NFLshop.com Gift Card (ARV: USD$50.00/CD$50.00 each).
Total ARV of all prizes: USD$27,404.64/CD$27,203.51. The currency of all prizes will be based on the winner's country of residence. Residence shall be based on where the prize winner normally resides as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor (except for the First Prizes which are subject only to the express limited warranties provided by Sponsor on its Bridgestone tires). American Express Reward Card/American Express Gift Card and NFLshop.com Gift Cards are subject to separate terms and conditions and, except in Canada, expiration dates. Gift certificates are subject to terms of use printed on certificate. The cost of mounting and balancing of tires is extra and the sole responsibility of the winner. Transportation to/from NFL game not included with Third Prizes. Game dates and times of Grand Prize and Third Prizes are determined in the sole discretion of the NFL Entities (as defined below) and are subject to change. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding Super Bowl XLVII, which are subject to change. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Certain restrictions apply. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, etc.) in order to travel. Failure to obtain required travel documents (for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest) by the Grand Prize winner in the time required to travel on the specified travel date may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate selection of potential winner, time permitting. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Grand Prize trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. A minor going on the trip as the guest of the winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or certificates. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny entry to Super Bowl winner and/or guest who engage in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at event. In the event that the Super Bowl XLVII or any of the events that may be available at the Super Bowl XLVII does not take place as scheduled or are cancelled for any reason, including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided.
The Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize winners and December's Monthly Entry Period's Fourth Prize and Fifth Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on January 3, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. ET from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Third Prize winners will be selected in separate random drawings on October 2, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. ET from among all eligible entries received for each NFL Team from 12:00 a.m. ET on August 27, 2012 through 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012. Fourth Prize and Fifth Prize drawings will be conducted on a monthly basis on the dates below after the conclusion of each Monthly Entry Period, from among all eligible entries received by the end of each respective Monthly Entry Period and all previous Monthly Entry Periods, to award the number of prizes in the chart below.
