Easy Home Meals Cool Food For Kids Sweepstakes ~ 11/30/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 10, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on November 30, 2012.

Open to all U.S. citizens legally residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or legal age of majority in their state of residence.

Prizes: Sweepstakes presented by the National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and may be offered by members of the NFRA in different creative executions. Although creative presentations may vary from member to member, each prize category will be the same value.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a choice of a family "Ski or Sea" vacation for four (total 1-2 adults who are at least 18 or older and total 1-2 children who are under the age of 18 or 2 adults only if Grand Prize winner does not have children under the age of 18 available for travel). Grand Prize trip consists of:
- round-trip coach air transportation for one Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests to a ski or sea destination (selected at Sponsor's discretion) from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and
- one double-occupancy standard hotel accommodation (one room, two double beds) for two (2) nights.

All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, ground transportation, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities are responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guests. Selection of trip destination location and travel dates are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. Travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Specifics of Grand Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Trip is based on a family of four, defined as up to 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 18 (must be a child or ward of the Grand Prize Winner). If family of four (as defined above) is not available, trip will be awarded for winner and one other adult only who must be 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their state of residence if the age of majority in that state is greater than 18) at time of departure. All guests must each execute and return a Travel & Publicity release prior to travel. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.). If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of selected destination location, ground transportation may be provided for winner and guests in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $5,000.

Ten (10) First Prize Winners will receive a $250 Dick's Sporting Goods® gift card; ARV of First Prize is $250 each.

Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $7,500. Only one prize per person, family, or household.
