Prize: (1 winner) Two tickets to an NFL football game of the winner's choice (the winner will have the option to choose 1 of 32 teams); chic apparel from NFLShop.com; one "Put Your Game Face One" package full of beauty essentials; and a consultation with a Lucky Style Expert (via email or Skype). If winner's primary residence in the US is more than 150 miles from the stadium of the team of their choice, the prize package may also include transportation from the winner's primary residence in the US to the football stadium; and one standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 1-night at a hotel chosen by Sponsor. (ARV $3,000). ARV depends on exact itinerary. Value may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between the point of departure and the destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by 11/1/12 and completed by 12/31/13 and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
