Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), September 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, November 25, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
How to Obtain Codes and How to Enter: You will need a code to participate in the Promotion. There are 2 ways to obtain a code and 2 ways to enter:
Online Free Code: You may request a Code for free online at www.popeyes.com/sprite. It will be sent to you via email.
Obtain Code at Popeyes: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Popeyes restaurant and purchase a medium-sized combo meal and beverage and upsize to a larger size. You will receive a cup with the Promotion's keyword and short code and a code (the "Code") printed in the cup sleeve.
Text-Messaging Entry: During the Promotion Period, once you have a Code, text POPEYES to the short code 26739. Follow the links and instructions to provide your date of birth, input your Code, and answer the question about your "music mood of the day" to earn 1 entry into the Sweepstakes and 1 Instant Win Game play. Your music mood will not impact whether you win or lose.
Free Online Entry: To participate without text messaging (or without making a purchase), during the Promotion Period, visit www.popeyes.com/sprite and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Then input your Code. You will receive 1 Sweepstakes entry. Then, follow the links and instructions to answer the question about your "music mood of the day" to advance to the Instant Win Game page where you will receive 1 Instant Win Game play. Your music mood will not impact whether you win or lose. You will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of 1 of the Instant Win Game prizes.
Limit: 1 Sweepstakes entry and 1 Instant Win Game play per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or obtaining Codes. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Device.
Sweepstakes Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: A concert ticket package for winner and 10 guests consisting of a round trip limousine ride from winner's home to a concert venue near his or her home (up to a $950 value); 11 reserved tickets to a select 2013 Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States; and a $1,000 VISA® gift card, terms and conditions apply.
