Sweepstakes entry period begins at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 10, 2012, and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on November 1, 2012.
Open only to legal residents in the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of October 10, 2012 (ii) have an active passport that is valid as of October 10, 2012 and that will not expire prior to December 10, 2012, (iii) may legally travel from the United States to New Zealand under current TSA regulations and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations, and (iv) and who have access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent Prize Award Period.

Entrants may only receive a maximum of one (1) entry in this Sweepstakes. Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes will result in that entrant being disqualified.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- round-trip Economy (coach class) airfare for Grand Prize Winner and a Guest from a major city near the Winner's residence in the United States to Wellington, New Zealand on an airline of Sponsor's choice (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] $8,100 (USD));
- three (3) consecutive nights lodging for two (2) in a standard room at the Intercontinental (ARV $1,105 (USD));
- ground transportation between Winner's residence and airport and, in New Zealand, between airport and hotel (ARV $350 (USD)); and
- two (2) tickets to the world premiere screening of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on or about November 29, 2012 (ARV $60(USD)).
Total ARV of Grand Prize is Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Fifteen Dollars (ARV $9,615 (USD)). Grand Prize travel must be taken on or around November 25 through November 30, 2012, or on other specific dates as determined by Sponsor. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
One Second Place Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Second Place Prize Winner will receive a LG- 47" Class-LED-1080p-120Hz-Smart-3D-HDTV (ARV $1,200 (USD)).
Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive one (1) Fandango Promotional Code good toward the purchase of two (2) tickets to see The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on www.Fandango.co
Total combined ARV of all prizes is Eleven Thousand Two Hundred and Fifteen Dollars ($11,215.00 (USD)).
