iPhone 5 32GB, your choice of color, either Black/Slate or White/Silver, and your choice of carrier, either AT&T, Sprint or Verizon.
Your first name and last initial along with your city/state will be displayed alongside this bear with his new name on our Smart Pack Gummy Vitamins website
$50 Build-A-Bear Workshop gift card to build your very own newly named bear
A 1 year supply (12 boxes) of Smart Pack Gummy Vitamins for kids and adults
Contest Instructions
Submit your name for the bear from now through Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Then come back and vote for your favorite name once a day every day from October 24th through October 29th. The person who submitted the name that receives the highest number of votes wins the Grand Prize Package! The winning name and the person who entered the winning name will be featured on the Smart Pack Gummy Vitamins website on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Once we verify that you have "liked" the Smart Pack Gummy Vitamins Facebook page, the winner will be notified by email. The winning name of the bear along with your first name, last initial, and your city/state will be posted on Facebook!
