Usually that's how chicks' mirrors look (as in, usually if you see a mirror like that, it's from a female that doesn't care where she sprays her hair product, not that most females have such mirrors). Weird for a dude, though.

I checked in on her today and left the tv on. Stopped in at noon, blood everywhere. She lived at the SPCA for a month so I don't know why the crate bothers her a few hours at a time.

Yeah, they can be really good. I've found that for the people I coached the hardest part is finding the sweet spot of when to take it so it kicks in at the right time. Too early and you feel great for the start and crap for the end. Too late and you get a nice kick of energy after the race is done. My coach used to do a teaspoon of honey before a 5k because the timing of when his body used it was perfect for the end of the race. I've never suggested that to anyone, though, because I think it's kind of person specific. But yeah if VQ wants to experiment with that I don't think it could really hurt.
