Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of their registration and who have internet access


"The Following" Radio Sweepstakes ("Contest") begins at 8:30pm Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 and ends 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on Sunday, December 30, 2012.


Limit one entry per household and one entry per person and per email address.


From among all of the eligible entries received, winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee during the week of December 31, 2012. All decisions are final in all matters relating to Contest. The selected winner will be required to respond to the email notification within 48 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case; Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZES: Sponsor agrees to provide the following material ("prize(s)"): One (1) Grand Prize of an LG - 1100W 9.1-Ch. 3D / Smart Blu-ray Home Theater System, an iPod Touch (64 GB), and a $200 iTunes gift card. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1.400. Grand prize winner must be 21 years or older. Grand Prize winner must sign Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Releases.

Any person winning over $600 in cash or prizes from Dial Global will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Dial Global, for the calendar year in which the prize(s) is awarded and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

Promotion prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions by entrants will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the previously described Grand Prize.
