Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 7, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry.

Vote for one of the two options in the Weekly Mash-Up, and fill in all required registration information to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing only, and one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes
Limit one (1) Entry per person per day.
One (1) Weekly Winner [eight (8) Weekly Winners total] will be selected in a random drawing on or about the Monday after each week from among all Entries received for that week only. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 4, 2013 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.
Grand Prize (1): A $1,500 check made payable to the winner.
First Prize (8 total): A $150 Sponsor-selected gift card.
Limit one (1) Prize per person.
