a) How to obtain a Code: There are two (2) ways to obtain a free code:
i) jcpenney store: To obtain a Code at a jcpenney store, you must visit a participating jcpenney store during store hours during the Promotion Period and request a free, specially marked buttons, each of which have a Code on the back of the button from a store employee.
ii) By Mail: To request a Code via mail, you must hand-print your full name, age, state of residence, and e-mail address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, insert it into a No. 10 business-sized envelope and mail it to:
